Project Logo
> The project logo features a sailing boat with children on board moving towards the direction of the wind.
> This portrays the essence of the Project “BANCA” which is to form/organize a structured system of review and monitoring scheme involving all resources and persons in the school and in the community to attain the goal of achieving the high Completion rate and achievement test.
> Meeting the national standard of NAT Result and bringing all school-aged children to school to complete elementary education are our primary goals in this project.
> Project BANCA is guided by Education For All (EFA) goals to provide free education for all together with the School Based Management as the main tool for continuous school improvement which led to high learning outcomes.
> EFA aims of improving the quality of basic education for every Filipino with a vision of making Philippines a highly-educated nation, with functionally-literate citizenry. Equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and attitudes, school children are expected to communicate their ideas, solve problems of day- to- day life and be globally competitive. They are expected to have a decent life utilizing available natural resources intelligently.
The sustainability of the project will be lodged through the teachers with the sustained support of the
stakeholders and the technical assistance of the School Head. This can be made possible because
all activities under the project are all reflected in the individual AIP of the teachers and School
Head, are all integrated in the DEDP and School Improvement Plan. Lastly, this project will surely
be sustained because SBM process will be continually enhanced and facilitated by a self
managing,self-renewing learning community that assumes responsibility for the school system.
